About Us
Anybody that knows me, knows how I cherish the values of a real friendship. Twenty plus years ago, a couple of friends and I decided we wanted to be golfers. Watching Tiger Woods on television hypes all up. Now, there we were hacking and tearing up the golf course, and despite the initial outcome, we never gave up.
We quickly grew to love it so much that Soon, we started golfing ever Sunday and it became our weekly addiction, we were “In love” with the game of golf. Not to long after, we were able to convince a few more friends to join us. We continued this process, the group kept getting bigger and bigger and before we knew it, we were 40+ strong and the each of us knowing this was a way to build each other, our relationships as well as memories, so we started a league and I came up with the name, “Brothers fore Life”.
One of the guys and myself, took initiative to run the league simply “making no money” but, simply for the sheer pleasure of seeing the bonds grow stronger. Like the new faces, we decided it would be cool to play different courses each Sunday.
20+ years later, here we are still going strong and the most beautiful part is some of us now have our kids playing with us, boding, growing and not only building relationships, but men.
Just a few years ago, we decided to charge an annual league fee with every cent of it going towards enhancing our experiences to included, but not limited to; lunches, prizes and a HUGE family BBQ on Labor Day weekend.
We were blessed and fortunate to have gone so long with this group of men & women for so many years and unfortunately recently we had 3 of our brothers give in to father time. This hit home hard and as a tribute, I decided to design a “Brothers fore Life” logo, placed it on a few items such as hats, mugs, golf balls and dedicated it to their memory.
With the meaning “Brothers fore Life” becoming stronger THIS IS HOW the Brothers fore Life apparel began.
It was chance and fate meeting with one of these brothers, we now bring to you a patented design like no other “The Fist” symbolizing strength, the fingers symbolizing numbers and of course embedded with
the golf clubs.
